Mental health is important

Mental health is how people think, feel and act when they face life situations. This affects how people treat stress, interact and make decisions. Mental health affects individuals in their lives, their lives, and others. Like physical health, mental health is important at all stages of life.

Children and adolescents face serious mental health problems
