10 ways to treat endometriosis
What is endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a painful condition in which uterine endometrial tissues may appear in the basin cavity and elsewhere in the body where it does not belong. Endometriosis is one of the most common gynecological diseases affecting 15-20% in women's reproductive life, contributing to 5% infertility. Scientists do not know exactly how the tissue ends, where it does not belong, but there are some theories that I mention below.
No matter where this endometrial tissue is found, it behaves the same way as the uterine lining in the menstrual period, responding to the monthly cycling of hormones and bleeding. For endometriosis, because the mucous tissues and blood in the body can not leave the body through the vagina as menstrual blood may develop, scar tissue and painful traction . Endometrial growths are most commonly found in the pelvic cavities and can grow on the ovaries, pelvic bands, tubes, the gut and the bladder.
We find some theories about how the tissue behaves in migration. Some suggest that menstrual blood retrograde flow, sowing or other tissues are linked while others suggest that endometrial cells are placed in the wrong place for fetal embryology. This theory has arisen because it can not be explained that endometrial tissue has reached the brain in the flow of menstrual blood retrograde? Many women experience retrograde flow into the abdominal cavity through abdominal tubes, but this is usually taken over by the immune system and cleansed by macrophages. Another theory suggests that endometrial growths originate from stem cells and result from a combination of factors. Endometriosis may cause severe and painful periods of abnormal bleeding and infertility As endometriosis is associated with the presence of autoantibodies and the presence of other autoimmune diseases, scientists suggest endometriosis is an autoimmune disease. Although genetic predisposition, environmental factors and altered immune and endocrine functions play an important role in endometriosis, the real cause is still unclear.
How does endometriosis occur in infertility?
If endometrial tissue grows within the cannula, it can block them. Because of inflammation, there are a large number of macrophages in the area that can kill sperm and interfere with implantation. Ovulation may occur or may occur, and even if it occurs, there may be insufficient progesterone to support implantation. Ectopic pregnancy risk is higher than usual. Endometrial antibodies may be responsible for high frequency abnormalities and poor implantation, which are often associated with this condition.
The method of treating endometriosis is as follows: – Endometriosis may be considered estrogen-dependent
. endometrial implants have been shown to decrease when estrogen levels are normalized or decreased in the body. Studies have shown that inflammation from bleeding of endometrial implants actually increases estrogen activity every month. Another factor is low progesterone leading to anovulation cycles
1. Organically grown food should be released and avoid exposure to commercial insect repellents . Studies have shown that the exposure of chlorinated hydrocarbons (eg DDT, PCB, pentachlorophenol, hexachlorocyclohexane) is related to an increase in the rate of miscarriage and endometriosis
. Avoid Soft Plastics . This includes drinking water from plastic bottles, storing food in plastic packaging, wearing surgical gloves, purchasing products in food packaging, and hand-pressing printing ink. What's all this about? They contain phthalates and PVC. Known endocrine disintegrating agents and estrogenic mammals associated with asthma, negative developmental and birth defects, immune disorders, endometriosis and infertility
. Reduce Animal Intake . The first stage of natural treating of endometriosis is to minimize the intake of animal products due to high levels of hormones, pesticides and herbicides which are known endocrine disintegrating agents. Eat bitter foods to support estrogen clearance in the liver . Grapefruit, lemon, limes, rocket, endive, romaine salad, artichoke. For the same purpose, drank the dandelion and St. Mary's bait
. Avoid allergens and take immune supplements . As you have seen, the immune system plays a role in endometriosis. It is therefore necessary to ensure that the immune system provides all the important elements for optimum functioning. They include vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, zinc and selenium and probiotics. In addition, there is an IgG 90 food intolerance test. This will show you what foods are intolerant. These should be avoided in order to create a balance between the immune system.
6th Practice Regular Circulation, Toxins and Waste . The exercise increases metabolism (which is good for endocrine function) and the immune system. Both are crucial for the treatment of endometriosis (19659011). Contains foods that promote circulation and removal of waste . The following dishes and spices facilitate circulation and removal of cayenne, basil, pancakes, eggplant, garlic, ginger, kohlrabi, leeks, nutmeg, pepper, rice, rosemary, scallion, fodorment, turmeric, cinnamon, lemon, lemon and seaweed.
8th Increase fiber intake to improve clearance of estrogen from the intestines including adjuvant beans, psoriasis, apples, other legumes, nuts and seeds. Take a High Quality Fish Oil (make sure your chosen mercury is tested and stabilized with vitamin E (against oxidation). Fish oil reduces endometriosis-related inflammation, minimizes related pain and improves healthy implantation I suggest Krill oil (plankton whales and other fish eat) since it is less likely to be contaminated .If ideally, 1000 mg is needed to consume three times a day.
10 Take an iodine supplement between hypothyroidism and endometriosis and so the iodine supplement can correct thyroid function
